Cancellation, Refund
& Complaints Policy

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and complaint resolution for all WhatABot subscription plans. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

01. TRIAL & PAYMENT

No Free Trial — Paid Access Only

WhatABot does not offer a free trial. All subscription plans require full payment upfront before access is granted to the platform.

However, we offer a One-Week Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 02 below) that provides refund eligibility after payment if the product does not meet your expectations.

02. REFUND POLICY

One-Week Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with WhatABot or the product did not match your expectations, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment — no questions asked.

Full Refund Condition

If your total message usage during the 7-day period is 500 messages or fewer, you will receive a complete 100% refund of your subscription amount.

Partial Refund Condition

If your usage during the 7-day period exceeds 500 messages, the cost of messages consumed beyond 500 will be calculated at the per-message rate of your subscribed plan and deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded in full.

Example: If your plan costs Rs 5,000/month and you used 800 messages, the cost for 300 excess messages is deducted. The remainder is refunded.

No Refund After 7 Days

Refund requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of payment will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable Pakistani law.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval back to your original payment method.

03. REQUESTING A REFUND

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through any of the following channels within 7 days of payment:

  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
04. CANCELLATION

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your WhatABot subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Within 7 Days of Payment

Cancellation within the 7-day window is eligible for a refund as described in Section 02. Your access will be terminated immediately upon cancellation.

After 7 Days

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

Service Delivery

WhatABot is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. There is no physical shipping involved. Service access is delivered digitally and instantly upon payment confirmation.

05. COMPLAINTS HANDLING

Complaints Handling Mechanism

We take all customer complaints seriously. If you have a complaint regarding our service, billing, or any aspect of your experience with WhatABot, you can reach us through the following channels:

Resolution Timelines
  • Initial acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint (Mon–Sat, business hours)
  • Resolution / proposed solution: Within 5–7 business days of acknowledgement
  • Refund processing (if applicable): Within 5–7 business days of approval

Business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT). Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. WhatsApp support is monitored 24/7.

06. GOVERNING LAW

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
